Can't download the image from PB via ethernet 1462 3

Hi,
I can succesfully built an image with the Platform Builder, but I cannot download it to the card engine. After setting the bootme command from TeraTerm, I am opening download/initialize section of the PB. It states that it is waiting for the BOOTME command, but it cannot find the BOOTME. I can ping from the card engine from the host machine and the DHCP server is running well. Could you explain how BOOTME works and from which port Or can you suggest something to overcome the problem.

From the previous discussions I couldn't understand how Platform Builder gets memory map and the sizes for Flash and RAM.
It is very easy to create 10 Megabytes image using New Platform Wizard. When it is compiled as Debug, it takes twice more memory, around 20MB or more.

Can't bring up CE in debug mode from PB 1619 6

Hi,
I have tried to create an CE image which I can connect to from PB and debug using the WinCE command prompt. This is the boot string I have used and my board is a Rev B.

I believe the Image is very sensitive to the components included in the image. I have so far succedded in creating only one image which I can bring up in debug mode and I have stuck to the Mobile Handheld...

How to set $(CePlatform) in PB 2290 1

Hi,
I'm using Platform Builder 4.2. One of the preprocessor definitions is $(CePlatform). When I try to print out the value of $(CePlatform) by putting 'echo $(CePlatform)' as a post-build step, I get 'unknown'. Am I missing something that's supposed to set $(CePlatform) to a proper value I can use in the code

Hi,
When I try to run the msi files the Platform Builder comes with the error
(..... .cec) couldn't be impoted beause of the following reasons:
It shows no reason. I have read your datasheet and it says when there is problem with the msi file cec file can be directly uploaded. But I can't understand where are the cec files

Hi,
I think i've made a fatal mistake when trying to update the bootloader on my LH7A400-10 SDK.
I downloaded the .zip file 'LogicLoader for the LH7A400-10' from the Logic PD website. Then i loaded the .bin file 'lolo_bolo_1.4.4_LH7a400_10_LCE_0033.bin' into the device's RAM from the losh prompt (by transfering it to a CF card first). The image loaded okay, and the checksums worked out. I then used the burn command to burn the image to flash. After confirming the overwrite of block zero, ...

To what degree has LogicPD implemented power savings at the OAL level In other words if I want to put the processor (board) into Standby Mode, is that supported Or do I need to create a driver to support that

Hi,
If the 7A400 is in Standby Mode, will touching the screen 'wake' it up and cause a transition to Run Mode In other words, the Sharp User's guide says that an edge-triggered active low interrupt can cause the transition from Standby to Run - so is uP_CPLD_nIRQ sufficient to do that

IBM makes a JVM that runs on small devices and on ARM processors among others.
It should be possible to have the LOLO boot script launch the JVM right
How would I get this JVM in the app in the flash

I have a 64MB card that I have not ben able to mount. I have tried formatting it on a Win 98 and a XP machine with fat NOT fat32

Hi all,
I just received my board with LH74A00 , and would like to write a sample program for the board. However , I got a problem when uploading the elf exec.
The lolo complains that it can't read the elf header. That is the error message(the elf is downloaded from logicpd site):

Updating Bolo/Lolo without JTAG 1464 4

Bolo/Lolo's ELF load routines seem to be broken in my version. (BRA_release_1-2-pre1.2.5)
Is there any way to get this fixed w/o JTAG I got the Zoom kit from Logic because it (wrongly) listed that it supported Linux. Support queries refer me to Metrowerks which wants a support agreement.
I tried to load BLOB in via Elf with Marc Singer's help, and I've come to find that ELF support just doesn't even work, not even to update itself!

I loaded the Windows CE.net 4.2 that came with my SDK (LH7A400-10)without problem and then downloaded and ran your .msi file again without problem. But when I launch Platform Builder it does not show the 'Third Party' file under the Catalog file as shown in your documentation. Using the 'Manage Catalog Features' shows the .cec file from Logic Products as being loaded and using Explorer I can see LoCE_A400_rel_101 file in the WINCE420/PLATFORM file. Hi. I am a newbie with the lh7a400 kit. I have installed everything and it appears to be working O.K. I compiled the sample app and it seemed OK. When I download into the kit with 'load elf' and 'send file', Logic loader responds with a R. When the file is done downloading the kit is hung up. (no losh prompt). The only way to recover control that I have found is to press the reset button.
What am I doing wrong

Hi,
I had some problems with the Platform Builder tool, so I decided to load NK.BIN file from the 'WinCE 4.2 Demo Development Image for LH7A400-10 Rev B card engine and Higher' zip file using CF card. Below here are the commands I have used and the output I recieved. At the end of this the Teraterm neither turn to losh command line nor do something. There isn't much information about loading an image from CF card in the Logicloaders manual. Do I make something wrong
