I loaded the Windows CE.net 4.2 that came with my SDK (LH7A400-10)without problem and then downloaded and ran your .msi file again without problem. But when I launch Platform Builder it does not show the "Third Party" file under the Catalog file as shown in your documentation. Using the "Manage Catalog Features" shows the .cec file from Logic Products as being loaded and using Explorer I can see LoCE_A400_rel_101 file in the WINCE420/PLATFORM file. Also launching NEW PLATFORM and then going to NEXT only shows three available BSP's (CEPC:X86, EMULATOR:X86, and NATIONAL GODE:X86). Maybe I'm doing something really stupid but I'm stumped. Any suggestions? Thanks

It sounds like you may have forgotten to install the ARMV4 and the ARMV4i processors. Re-Insert your Platform Builder cd and you can add those components.
