There's a place on the Mini-ITX board for a battery. Can anyone tell me the product number of the battery that's suppose to go in there? Also, what is the purpose of the battery, is it necessary?

Thanks for any help in advance.

The battery holder accepts a standard CR2032 style 3V battery.

The battery is used to retain the Real Time Clock settings when the system is not powered by a ATX supply or the provided kit power supply.

The battery is not necessary if your application does not require an RTC or if the RTC state can be lost when power is turned off.
