Hi, i have just bought the lh7a400 starter kit and the 3.5" lcd,

I also have the ashling Opella JTAG( and it works fine...)

I have a few problems i can't seem to solve..

1) Is there a usb lib? if so where is it!!!
2) Is there an ethernet lib? same...
3) can the CF be run in IDE mode... i would like to connect a harddisk, if not what other options do i have?

Final product needs...
LCD 3.5" +touchscreen
32MB sdram
MMC in MMC mode
SPI device
IDE hardisk/cdrom using level converters...
USB
32MB FLASH
serial EEPROM
some buttons



4) My final product will need to be very small, so the cpld won't be needed, how can i disable it for development? what will this affect?
Is it possible to use 32mb stratflash without buffering?
Is it possible to use the CF without buffering?
Is it posibble to swap between an SPI device and the MMC (from what i can figure out there is only one CS line for the SPI??)

5) Is there a FAT16/32 lib for this board?

6) the windows ce serial number given to me by you does not work!!!
It has been tried on 3 machines, and typed in by 3 people!!! any ideas..
(i don't need wince but would like to have a look)

7) i downloaded the pre-build CE image from your site, copied it on to the CF, with the autoexec.bat, along with setting the eeprom, and can't get it to boot... is there an example autoexec.bat somewhere?

eeprom set using:

autoexec.bat ( i got of here i think)

when lolo boots, it displays the 'echoed' cmd but does nothing... after a short wait it comes up with the lolo menu....


Also do you know wether IAR will be supporting this CHIP?


BTW, i too would like to see a SPI lib....

I use GreenHills Multi2000 V3.6.1
