I am on the 2nd spin of ADC / DAC board using the SOM6748 and SATA is not working on the 2nd board. The SATA works on my first development board and I only made a few changes to the 2nd spin board to clean up some layout errors, but the SATA stopped working for some reason on the second layout. Question: What is the bare minimum that the SOM6748 needs for the SATA to work? I cleared the pin mux to disable all other external functionality. So I'm basically just giving the SOM 5 volts (I think). Is there anything that I can disable that might interfere with the SATA? I'm running a basic SATA test that simply tells the SATA to spin up and detect its presence. It works on my first development board but not on the 2nd spin. The SATA connect is within 2 inches of the SOM connector and the traces are impedance matched in both cases. Any thoughts on how to debug this? Thanks for any help in advance! Randy
