    I cannot sync all the files from the repository correctly. I keep getting fatal errors about files missing.

     fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/heads/ics
    fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/heads/ics
    fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/heads/ics
    fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/heads/gingerbread-3.0
    fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/heads/ics
    fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/heads/ics
    error: Cannot fetch codesourcery
    Fetching project platform/external/libnfc-nxp
    error: Cannot fetch device/logicpd/dm3730logic
    error: Cannot fetch kernel
    error: Cannot fetch hardware/ti/sgx

    I am trying to get the latest repo.

     

    I even tried to start from scratch and it fails here.

    Can you post all the commands and responses to them up to that point so I can see everything?

    For now, I'm going to attempt to pull everything down with a clean build to see what I can find.

    sorry I did not copy all the commands and response, but I followed the latest Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 BSP User Guide Section 7.3 Android BSP Source Code

     

    mkdir -p ~/bin
    $ curl http://git.logicpd.com/mi...ooglesource.com/git- repo/plain/repo > ~/bin/repo$ chmod a+x ~/bin/repo
    $ export PATH=~/bin:$PATH 

    cd ~
    $ mkdir dm3730logic-icecreamsandwich
    $ cd dm3730logic-icecreamsandwich
    $ repo init -u git://git.logicpd.com/projects/logicpd/dm37x- android/manifest.git -m LogicPD-Android-ICS4.0.4v1.0.xml

    And I typed:

     

    repo sync after the last command.

     

    I was able to pull 2.3.4 Android BSP Source Code build perfectly fine.

    I am having similar problems, so I'm filing a report with our IT group to see if something has changed on our git server. I'll let you know when I have an update.

    I looks like there is an issue with the manifest.

    I am going to enter a bug ticket into our tracking system. In the mean time, try this sequence and see if it helps. You can probably skip the first line, but it might not hurt to erase the directory and start over.

    repo init -u git://git.logicpd.com/projects/logicpd/dm37x-android/manifest.git -m LogicPD-Android-ICS4.0.4v1.0.xml
    sed 's|upstream="[^"]*"||g' -i .repo/manifest.xml
    repo sync

    Let me know if that helps. You should be able to copy and paste those three lines.
