We received our DM3730 Torpedo Wireless dev kit today and are having trouble registering the kit and downloading some of the tools/app notes/software.  First off, in the product registration section of the LogicPD website, there doesn’t seem to be a selection for the wireless Torpedo dev kit in the “Product” dropdown box.  Am I missing that?

So instead of registering the kit, I instead tried to register the SOMs that came in the kit directly.  That seemed to work…I got a message saying something to the effect of “registration successful”.

However, when I go to the product downloads section for the wireless Torpedo, I don’t seem to have access to many of the available downloads, like the Linux board support package, etc.  Have I done something wrong in the registration?  What am I missing?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

    Ryan,

Sorry for the inconvenience.  Our administrator is looking into this issue.  It appears because you were assigned temporary access before registering your kit, this prevented you gaining full access even after registering your module. Your account has been fixed.  Please verify that you now have full access.
