    Trying to get OTG USB to recognize a thumb drive... Recognition and mounting should be automatic when I plug in the drive, no? I have a mini-A connector, plugged in prior to boot. I'm not sure I see a difference in the boot log when the connector is plugged in versus not plugged in - should I? What should I look for? In either case I end up with MUSB listed in /proc/bus/usb/devices as well as ISP1763 and ISP1520. I'm not sure the thumb drives I'm using (have tried 3) require more than 100mA.

    Mike - Does your MiniA converter have the ID ground pin for Host mode? That was mentioned as a possible issue in the BSP release notes. Also there is a note about the low power capabilities of the BSP causing the OTG to power down. This sometimes causes a device to not be recognized. Try unplugging the thumb drive and plugging it back in. You can submit technical questions to our Ask A Question support system on our Support page.

    I found that indeed my mini A connector does *not* have pin 4 connected to pin 5 (GND) - so apparently it's not an OTG connector. Managed to remedy this, and now 1 out of 3 of my USB sticks work - those that don't work result in a "rejected... due to insufficient available bus power" message, do doubt due to the 100mA limitation.
