Error to build ti-xdctools

    Dear all,

    When building the ti-xdctools from BSP, the following error is detected:


    Processing: ti-xdctools
    =========================
    Build path taken because: no prebuilt rpm,
    Testing network connectivity for gpp
    OK GPP: is available
    Try ti-xdctools-3.16.03.36.tar.bz2.md5 from the GPP

    09:45:23 ERROR 404: Not Found.
    Try ti-xdctools-3.16.03.36.tar.bz2 from the GPP
    http://bitshrine.org/gpp/ti-xdctools-3.16.03.36.tar.bz2:
    09:45:24 ERROR 404: Not Found.
    Can't get: ti-xdctools-3.16.03.36.tar.bz2 at ./ltib line 878.


    I'm using the 2.1 BSP from DM3730 Torpedo + wireless SOM.

    There are many improvements in the 2.2 BSP. Are you able to try using it?

    Following the instructions, we've been able to build dsplink and c6run.
