Q: We are using OMAPL138-UNV board which contains OMAP-L138 SOM-M1. There are 128 MB DRAM on board according to the data sheets around but the U-Boot reports 64 MB after restore from this tool '1015906B_OMAP-L138_AM1808_U-Boot_Labs.zip'.

A: What is the part number for the SOM? It should be in the form 10xxxxx.

Our L138-SOM-M1 has label of 1017861 REV A.

How do I report 128 MB DRAM size to TI DVSDK Linux if our L138-SOM-M1 has 128 MB DRAM
    size?

    Ping,

See section 5.5 of the PDF included with the 1015906B_OMAP-L138_AM1808_U-Boot_Labs.zip [1]. There are steps there, that show how to access the upper 64MB of memory.
