    Hi,

When I build the image and then try to Download it..PB can't find my device. I'm able to ping the device from my computer but PB can't see it and if I give the device name it accepts the name but doesn't start the downlaod. PB keeps waiting for Bootme from the device.

I had it working earlier but then I installed WinCE 5.0 and the BSP didn't work and since the new BSP aren't ready I uninstalled 5.0 but now my WinCE 4.2 doesn't connect to device for download and I have tried reinstall and cleaning the registry and all of those to see if it helps but no luck!!

    Thank you,
    Jay

    shahjayesh,

Can you post what you're sending as a bootscript? What do you have your network connection settings at? i.e IP address, netmask, etc...

Also have you adjusted your settings under Target | Configure Remote Connection in Platform Builder?

The more info you give me the easier it should be to track this down.

    Hi Aaron,

Following is the clipboard copy of Tera Term.

    **********************************************************
    losh> ifconfig sm0 dhcp
    Starting DHCP on sm0
    losh> ifconfig

    sm0: up 10M half-duplex (413)
    sm0: mac: 00:08:ee:00:41:d3 ip: 10.95.21.87
    mask: 255.255.252.0 gw: 10.95.20.1

    *******************************************************

I would then type bootme & at the prompt. Term Term then shows the Device name and starts printing Sent BOOTME.

I did configure settings under Target | Configure Remote Connection in PB and its set both the Download and Kernel Transport to Ethernet.

    Thanks.
