UBL and U-boot from SPI flash

    We got OMPL138 Experiment Board from Logic PD. According to the Logic PD the ubl and u-boot is in SPI Flash?.
    we removed the SD card and we are tying to boot from uart, but the Uboot prompt is not comming and we are getting SD/MMC Boot failed.
    We are not getting Where is the u-boot image??
    is it in SPI flash or in SD/MMC card??.
    Without SD/MMC card the uboot prompt should be come on host pc??
    Why its not coming?
    we are checked selecting the all S7 pin configuration possibilities, then also uboot prompt not coming, we are not getting what is the problem for this. we are using com port baud rate 115200, 8N1 inserting the SD/MMC card and switch on the power and during bootup time interrupting the uboot prompt coming.
    Please let me know where is uboot in the board board???.

    The new L138 kits ship with only the ubl on the SOM. U-boot and any OS images are on the SD card.
