    Good afternoon ! 

     I have a question about USB Web-Camera In paragraph 8.3.3 you wrote that first connect the webcam to a self-powered USB-hub. Can you explain me why  I need connect webcam with self-powered USB-hub on Torpedo Som Development Kit  ?

    The PMIC on the SOM is not capable of supporting enough current. If the web camera is self-powered and does not require power from the USB host, it may not be necessary to include the hub. If the camera requires power from the host, the powered HUB's should be able to provide adequate power to run the camera.
