Unfortunately, we don't have any OpenGL examples for Windows CE.

The best link I could find with references to Open GL and Windows CE is here: https://www.khronos.org/opengles/

our Linux BSP has some graphical examples.

If you'd like someone in our sales department to contact you, we could have someone quote a services contract to help you develop something around Windows CE and Open GL if you would like.

There is a graphics controller on the DM37 which should be able to handle OpenGL since we use it in our Android BSP.
