First, I've looked at
this threa which seemed to be related, but it doesn't solve anything.
We are running Linux from the BSP, written to on-board NAND, but after running for a couple of hours, the battery gets completely drained and the board begins to power cycle. Booting from SD with LoLo on it doesn't charge the battery either, we have to restore the flash to its original state and leave it for several hours.
What should we do to make the battery charge while running Linux?
The kit's LCD display wasn't connected, I haven't gotten around to trying it with the display yet.
Any pointers? I can build the kernel from scratch if necessary.
