Thanks for your question. Unfortunately I and others at Logic have also experienced the same inconsistent results with Macraigor's software. One thing that sometimes works is to toggle debugger settings. For example, select 'Raven', etc, to try and clear things out. Rebooting the host computer also helps.
We recommend downloading Cygwin and working through the gdb toolset. Instructions are available from the LH79520-10 download site,
