Cant write or erase the application flash (U14 on MCF5475EV)

    I am not able to Erase or program the application flash. However i m able to read the manufacturers code and other stuff on the flash. I have a confusion . The schematic shows a pin WP* which comes from CPLD. However the datasheet for the 28F128 device does not have such a pin. If we need to make the WP* low, then how do i do it? Also the part number mentioned in the schemtic and the other docs for U14 is 28F256 while the actual device when i see on the board is 28F128. Please guide.

    I am having the same problem.

    I can program th FLASH with the included PEMicro BDM interface, but I seem to be missing something to be able to program the FLASH with embedded software.

    In January I'll check with Lauterbach (We use their debugger) to see what support they have to burn the FLASH on this board, maybe they've already solved the problem.

    I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious
