I have the ColdM5485CFE Fire Engine Module (SOM-ETX), and the Mini-ITX baseboard.when i enable the Universal Serial Bus (USB) EHCI Host Controller in the VxWorks6.3 for the m54x5evb BSP or use your MCF547x/8x Linux BSP( I download the image.bin and run the kernel ,after i "make xCONfig" and enable the USB2.0 in that ,then kernel will run and initiate the usb ,at that time the ColdM5485CFE Fire Engine Module is dead);the ColdM5485CFE Fire Engine Module will dead and never runing!I don't why?????
Like the Windriver said"The supported features of the M5475EVB/M5485EVB are:
ColdFire CF4e core Memory Management Unit (MMU) support
MCF5475 CPU running at a core frequency of 266 MHz
MCF5485 CPU running at a core frequency of 200 MHz
Board Initialization
64 Mbytes DDR SDRAM
2 Mbytes Boot Flash
16 Mbytes User/Code Flash
MCF547x/MCF548x Interrupt Controller

The Philips USB chip on the MCF5485 does not support 25MHz clock rates. Please read this FAQ and PCN for further information.

this FAQ and PCN said:"There are two potential workarounds in the absence of a USB host PCI controller on the M5485.
One is to migrate to the M5475 module that utilizes the ISP1561 USB host PCI controller. The
other option is to add an external USB PCI host controller on the PCI bus of the application baseboard,
making sure the external host controller is compatible with the 25 MHz PCI clock."
That means I must remove the ISP1561 chip or change the m5485 to m5475 ! But in my ColdM5485CFE Fire Engine Module I can not change the m5485 to m5475 and the mcf5485 is -40C to +85C ,that mcf5475 is +0C to +85C. I want to use mcf5485 chip. Other is which chip can replace the ISP1561 in my ColdM5485CFE Fire Engine Module ! Are you have the new ColdM5485CFE Fire Engine Module is support the USB PCI host controller and resolve the USB PCI host controller problem!
I want to know!

I have changed the MCF5485 CPU running at a core frequency of 200 MHz to 133 MHz by changed the oscillating crystal to 66 MHz .The Philips ISP1561 will get 33Mhz PCICLK. The ColdM5485CFE Fire Engine Module kernel will run at Universal Serial Bus (USB) EHCI Host Controller !
