RMA Request

If you are a Products customer who uses a Logic PD SOM, Card Engine, development kit, etc., please refer to the Products section below. If you are a Manufacturing customer who uses Logic PD to manufacture your product, please refer to the Manufacturing section below.

Products RMA Request Process

Before Submitting Your Request

  • Please check our support pages and the available Product Change Notification (PCN) documents for each affected product. The PCNs contain a wealth of information including currently known design and production issues.
  • If you are returning any portion of a development kit, please contact our technical support team to make sure there is no available fix that could alleviate the need to return the product. Our technical support team can be contacted through the Development Kit RMA Question web page.

Products Purchased from Distribution

  • If you purchased your Logic PD product from a Distributor Partner, please contact your Distributor Salesperson to request an RMA.

Products Purchased Directly from Logic PD

  • If you purchased your Logic PD product directly from Logic PD, please complete the RMA Request Form using these instructions as a guide.
  • Logic PD will respond to RMA requests within one business day. If your request is approved, Logic PD will email a return materials authorization number, instructions on how to return the product, and a shipping label. If your RMA request is declined, you will receive a detailed explanation via email.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. If you do not return the authorized product to Logic PD within 30 days, a new RMA request form will need to be completed and submitted to Logic PD for approval. To expedite the RMA process, please return your product(s) to Logic PD only after you have received an RMA number and shipping label.

Manufacturing RMA Request Process

  • To submit a request for RMA, please complete the RMA Request Form using these instructions as a guide.
  • Logic PD will respond to RMA requests within one business day. If your request is approved, Logic PD will email a return materials authorization number, instructions on how to return the product, and a shipping label. If your RMA request is declined, you will receive a detailed explanation via email.
