    To which interface another 10 /100 ethernet port be added? Will it be on expansion interface or else? Currently, the expansion port is used for LCD controller.

    If you're looking to add a 2nd port to an existing network, you could add a network switch before the existing network.

    If you're looking to add a completely separate network interface, I would suggest using a 2nd SMSC chip like the one used on the development board, but attach it to a different GPMC chip select line.
