    Hello,

I'm trying to get some DM3730 SOMs restored to the default setup after they have been setup to boot from NAND using u-boot.  I've tried creating an SD card with the LoLo MLO file and lboot.elf, as described in the LoLo labs, but when I try to boot from the SD card there is no response.  (I used the proper SD formatting tool and copied the MLO first.)  I can erase the NAND and boot using an SD card with the u-boot MLO, but not LoLo.

All the instructions I've been able to find describe reinstalling LoLo when LoLo is already installed, but I need some help installing to a SOM that is currently booting with u-boot.

    Thanks,

    Rob

    Rob,

Here is the application note for restoring NAND to LOLO.

4/28/2016 1028255 DM37x SOM Recover NAND flash zip Note 694 Kb

It sounds like you are following all the correct steps. What version of HP formatting tool are you using?

    Thanks,
    Brad

Thanks, I'll check the application note, but it will be a few days before I'm back from vacation.  I used v2.0.6 of the HP tool, and I also tried formatting in Linux.
