    I purchased AM1808 experimenters kit. When I tried to run led dip test provided with the bsl library, I am getting the error 

    Error connecting to the target:
    Error 0x80002240/-154
    Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS, Control, 

    But I was able to run the same without using the on board xds100. 

    Black hawk is listed properly in device manager.

    How can I resolve this issue.

    Identified the Bug.
    TDIS(Target disconnect) pin was not grounded on the base board ARM JTAG connector). I soldered it and now its working fine.
