    Hello all,
Is there anyone with insight on how to use embedded Visual C++ 4 to debug an application?
I checked with the Microsoft Documentation any I think we are approaching it correctly.
We connect using platform manager and use platform manager's connection to communicate.
We can connect to the Zoom from VC but when we build the app it(VC) tries to download the file and we get an error that means the platform is incompatible. We tell VC to continue anyway it copies the executable to the target and then get an error that there is no debugger on the target that is usable.
Note we installed the SDK (beta 1) you provide so I guess I don't understand the Platform error. Do we need to build our own SDK from the Semi Customized Board Support Package?

Any help would be Greatly appreciated,

    Thanks in Adavance

    Hello Bob,

Thanks for your question. Yes you are correct in proceeding through embedded Visual C++'s warning windows. We have recently updated SDK available from the downloads site. Please install the new SDK and let us know if the issue persists.

Note: If you wish you can also build your own SDK using Platform Builder.

    Hello all,

I downloaded the new sdk and the debugger seems to work. But I get even more warning messages, including a new one which says the application won't run on the device. Except it does, and it seems to debug fine.

Any thoughts on the warning messages we're seeing?

    Thanks,

    -Vin
