    I want to download the CE BSP to the A400 development kit. What means are available for doing this?

    A Windows CE image (nk.bin) can be built from a A400 BSP using Platform Builder. Once built, it can be downloaded via Ethernet to the device. The Windows CE image can also be downloaded over serial, although it is much slower and you don't have the debug capabilities that come with Platform Builder. Logic's LogicLoader (LoLo) has the support to do both of these options and then boot into the Windows CE image.
