    Q: How do I activate KITL for debug in a WinCE build?

    A:
    These are the steps to check for WinCE 6.0 KITL
    1) Change the LAN selection in the BSP from 'LOGIC SOM SMSC LAN Driver' to 'SMSC LAN Shared Ethernet'.
    2) Do a Clean Sysgen build for Debug
