    I am using the MCF5474lite

    I found the AE5 pin of MCF5474 is low
    when the CPU be reset or power on?

    who can explane the phenomena?

    According to Freescale Datasheet, pin AE5 is "Hi-Z" during reset refer to page 69 of this document to confirm: http://www.freescale.com/...manual/MCF5475RM.pdf
    There is also a pullup on this signal (R372D) so the signal should be high when the product is in reset.

    Can you describe your situation in more detail?

    I powered up a kit at my desk and tried to reproduce your problem. I probed the baseboard J21 connector pad C9. When I powered on the kit, it toggled from high to low to high again. When I held the kit in reset using button J11 the MCF_RW# signal stayed high.

    Please explain your setup in more detail.
