Unable to access SDRAM, FLASH in i.mx27 ZOOM LITEKIT

    Hi, I am using "Freescale Zoom™ i.MX27 LITEKIT", we are able to detect processor cores with

    the help of Emulator(AIJI System-- OPENice).

    we are made a jumper setting as follows.

    1) JP2 (pin 5, pin 6 are connected individually)
    2) JP3 (Pin 2&3 are connected)
    3) JP4 (Pin 1 conncted )

    While accessing SDRAM and Flash ,I am facing some problems, these are.

    1) while loading the data into SDRAM, its showing downloading status 100%, after

    downloading, memory content in SDRAM locations are showing empty.

    2) In case of FLASH also same, some times its showing "Binary download failed ! -- Flash

    Download Error (0xF0000122)" error.

    I am not able to access the SDRAM , Flash.

    For these type of problems is there is any intial software is required?? i didnt think any

    intial software is loaded in my board. any jumper settings are required???

    Please help me , regarding this issue.
