We have a system that uses WinCE 5.0 - and have several hundred system installed in the field. We have seen a number of these fail after 10 months in the field with what appears to be a corrupt yaffs partition. The unit will not boot up in the field, but when placed back on the development board with "q" held, it will boot to LoLo (2.4.01p). Doing an add-yaffs works, but when a mount is tried, the SOM hangs.

Anybody seen something like this? I've been trying to get LogicPDs attention on this for months - their silence is way too loud!
