We have an IMX31 board 1006581 Rev 2. After using it for weeks, suddenly I cannot get ActiveSync to work, even with the Dev image downloaded from the website. It had always worked up until this point.

The symptoms are that the when the cable is plugged in, nothing happens on either the Windows XP host, nor the device side. Nothing shows in Device Manager, no debug output nor anything on the WinCE screen.

I have tested the cable with a mobile phone, and that seems fine. I have tried multiple PC's to make sure it wasn't a Windows XP problem.

Any ideas on what it could be or how I could get more information?

    Kevin,

Just to be clear - when you have the OTG port plugged in and try to boot a CE image, CE won't boot at all? Or is it just that ActiveSync won't start?

WinCE boots and runs fine. However, ActiveSync no longer shows any signs of life when I plug in the OTG usb cable like I have been doing for 2 or 3 weeks. Also my RNDIS builds also do not connect, and no device of any kind shows up in the host's Device manager when I plug in.

I have tried the Dev image with another computer which has ActiveSync installed, and also there was no response.
