    Hi all,

the i.MX31 SOM is equipped with 3 buffers Philips 74ALVC164245. Their control signals are driven by 1.8V-powered logic but datasheet says:
"Control inputs voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V"
so it seems the voltage swing is not compatible. Am I missing something?

    Thanks in advance.

The response from the NXP FAE is this:

“The VIH parameter of the control signals /OE and DIR are indeed missing. We apologize for this oversight on our part. The VIH for the control signals is referenced to VCCA with the same specifications as VIH for the A port.”

So the i.MX31 design is ok.
