    There have been several question about connecting the MDK to a terminal program. The UART header is located under the back cover, near the battery connection. It is a 10 pin header and uses the following pinout.

    DB-9 IDC-10
    Pin 1 Pin 1
    Pin 2 Pin 3
    Pin 3 Pin 5
    Pin 4 Pin 7
    Pin 5 Pin 9
    Pin 6 Pin 2
    Pin 7 Pin 4
    Pin 8 Pin 6
    Pin 9 Pin 8

    A cable was not included in the Beta Kits. They are available at several retailers. Here is just one example - and it's ON SALE.
