seems not for new designs in the Digikey webpage and it also seems out of stock. I wonder if this part close to its end of life period and also if the SOMDM3730-20-2780AGCR-C ? In general I see that POP uCs not recommended for new designs in terms of end of life considerations. Could you please provide some info about that ? Thanks

The latest reports is that the DM3730 Torpedo SOM should be available until 2023. The PoP memory provided by Micron has been reduced to one size, so PoP memory is harder to get, but the 256MB DDR with 512MB of Flash is still available. Should Micron discontinue this part, Logic PD will most likely have to discontinue it, however we generally send out a last-time-by notification to customers. As of right now, we are not aware of any plans from Micron to discontinue the PoP part.
