    Where (which doc) can I find the electrical spec for the maximum clock rate for the CAM_XCLKA signal at J6 of the Torpedo Dev Kit?

    The DM3730 Technical Reference Manual (TRM) can provide that. We cannot provide it directly because TI controls that document, but you can get it from here:

    The CAM_XCLKA is derived from CAM_MCLK through a divider. See section 6.3.1.1.1 (Camera ISP Clock Tree)

    CAM_MCLK According to table 6-12 of the TRM, can have a clock up to 216 MHz.
