    For OMAP35x SOM-LV, can you please tell me the solder paste that is used for SMT? Can you also tell me the solder/flux used for any touch up?

    According to our manufacturing engineer, we use a Type-4 Lead-free No-clean solder paste for that assembly. I can provide you the datasheets if you need.
