    I have an Zoom M5475EVBE Dev Board, and i want to Download the Zip Files from the Support Section. But that is not possible when the Product is not registered. But Registering the Product is not possible, because it is not in the product selection list. i tried with an different product, that is accepted, but still no download.

    Could someone help please.

    Hi Brad,

    Thanks for the feedback, but yes, I have problems with this.

    Namely, it does not work at all:

    • Being logged in, I still find no way to register the product.
    • Being logged in, I sill can not dowload anything from here which is "only available to registered customers"

    In summary, how can I download the material? 

    By the way: I also have a couple of iMX31SOMs. How can I register them. And more importantly, how can I access (all of) the material from here?

    Jamine,

    I just verified you do have access to the MCF5485 Product Page under your IEEE email address.  If this is the correct account I can also request that you receive access to the i.MX31 product page as well.  Let me know if there is a different email address I should be using.

    Yes, we can assist. However, we will need to get a couple forms signed and approved by our export team before we can give you access. I will email those forms to you soon.

    Hi Brad, I tried to email my old contacts within Logic and they have all moved on. I have signed the forms for CPLD code for the M5484LITE but I would also like to gain access to the CPLD code for the M5485EVB. Additionally I would like to register an M5475EVB and gain access to the CPLD for that board as well. Thank you!
