    Moha,

Please verify the MD5SUM of the 1026167_LogicPD_Linux_BSP_2.4-3.ova file downloaded is:
    e08427e26b93559742beb2ac75c8580f *1026167_LogicPD_Linux_BSP_2.4-3.ova

The file size should be 2,636,576,256 bytes.

The VM readme.txt file states that is was tested using VirtualBox version 4.3.14.
I have also verified this work with VirtualBox version 4.3.12.

I did get the following error:
    "Could not start the machine
    1026167_LogicPD_Linux_BSP_2.4.3_1
because the following physical network interfaces
    were not found:

    eth6 (adapter 1)

You can either change the machine's network
    settings or stop the machine."

To correct the error above to the following:

    • Right-mouse click on the VM and select 'Settings' (Cntl-S)
    • Next select the Network settings.
    • Then select Attached to: Bridge Adapter and select the network card for your system.

Let me know if you still are having trouble getting this VM to load.

Thanks for your fast reply Elysia
I found the problem!! My host OS is 32-bit and the LogicPD VM is a 64-bit OS.When I imported it in VM Box it was loaded as a 32-bit OS!! I changed my host OS to 64-bit and the problem solved!
