    Q:

    Subject
    USB Isochronous
    Product
    DM3730 / AM3703 Torpedo + Wire
    Software OS
Windows Embedded CE, Linux and Android
    Part Number
    SDK-DM3730-10-256512R
    Description
Does the SDK USB driver support Isochronous mode.
I am interested in using it for USB audio.

Same question for Android and Linux

A: WinCE is not supported on the Torpedo + Wireless which you have indicated, but I noticed that the part number supplied is for a SOM-LV. On the SOM-LV WinCE is supported and isochronous transfers seem to be supported by the host ISP1760 drivers, but this functionality has not been tested. We provide a software test plan[1] and test plan log[1] on the product downloads page. These documents show what we test in our BSPs.

For Linux, it looks like both the OTG and host controller drivers support isochronous transfers. In addition, the software test plan [2] and test plan log [2] show this functionality as tested.

For Android, the drivers look to support the isochronous transfers, but this functionality is not tested in the test plan [3].

Under which application will you use isochronous transfers (e.g. audio, video)?
