    AN 506 AM3517 SOM-M2 Blank SOM Programming: Document Update

    Revision D of the AM3517 SOM-M2 Blank SOM Programming application note has been released. This revision updates the instructions throughout the document for SOMs with 4-bit ECC NAND. Please see the document's Revision History table for a more detailed explanation of all changes.
