We have a Windows CE embedded device utilizing Intel PXAx processor and Logic's LoCE ARMV4I BSP.

Currently, we add the OS image, NK.BIN file to compact flash card and connect it to the mainboard. We then utilize the serial port and connect it to a PC’s RS232 DB9 port. Then we establish a successful connection via TeraTerm and run through the script commands to “mount” the image from the compact flash to the card engine’s memory.

What we want to do instead is connect the compact flash to the mainboard as described above, but instead of connecting to the serial port we connect to the USB on the mainboard and link to the PC’s USB port.

Please let us know your thoughts. Is it possible? We tried with USB-to-RS232 converter but that does not work.
