The physical address of the displays frame buffer and the CLCDC's upper
panel frame buffer are sat to 0xC1C00000 in the registry. Is there
possible to change this to use the CPU's internal static onchip memory
    at address 0xB0000000 - 0xB0014000?

To date, I don't know if this has been tried. I can't make any guarantees because of that, but I don't see any reason it wouldn't work. The LoCE Kernel does use a couple of bytes to pass boot info to LogicLoader (soft/hard, .etc) in the SRAM. You may want to offset it several bytes. If you didn't it wouldn't really affect it that much unless you were specifically using that reset stuff. I would love to hear if you try it.

    Thanks,

Yes, if you can bypass the MMU of the ARM. and set the appropriate CLCDC register. Getting past the MMU isthe key.
