I have been working with the WinCE 5.0 image for about a week now and haven't manged to get my touch screen to work properly yet.

It works fine under LoLo - I can calibrate it, draw pretty pictures and all the usual nonesense, but under CE it's got a mind of its own. It took me ten or fifteen attempts to get the device calibrated, as the screen stopped responding at different points through the process. Now that I have it calibrated it works quite well (sometimes gets the co-ordinates wrong) for a dozen or so touches after reboot, then it just quits all together.

I'm using a 10.4" display and touch screen, not the Logic 3.5" (It works very well). I would have just blamed it on the touch screen if it didn't work under Logic Loader (display type 7).

Any thoughts or hints would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Andrew

    abailie,
We have found there are some issues with larger displays (10.4" and 12.1") with the LH7A404-11 Windows CE touch driver. We are working on this driver and hope to get an updated release soon.

If you want to keep posted on the status of this driver, please email platformsupport@logicpd.com. Once we have released it, a blog posting will be made and the driver will be posted.

    Thanks,
    Mike
