    hi,
i am a 4'th year electrical engineer and the company that i work at wants to start a development of a little gps system that will be placed in a car.
they already bought an lcd screen from sharp and wants me to start develop the electrical system around it.

i have little knowledge about microchip controllers and so i figure that the best way to start is with a demo kit.

aldo i read about the diffrent demo kits i want to consult with you for the better demo kit that will be suitable for my needs.

i need that the demo kit will not only teach me about connecting the lcd to a motherboard via lcd controllel but to teach me how to develop all the system or as much as possible about the system.

    appreciate your help, ran.

    RanC80,

Your best bet is to go to our website and look at the various processors used on the kits, then go and get their datasheets and compare the block diagrams. Once you know what peripherals and performance metrics you need to hit you can order the proper development kit and be on your way. Schematics are provided so you should have a solid foundation to start your design.
