    now , i see the content on the CPU :
    OMAPL138B
    ZCE
    1AA4GEW G1 375
     21   527   ZCE
      Is it ARM+DSP or  only DSP(C6748)?
    i can not find the explain meaning of it in TI net .
    and how to buy it ?

    It totally depends on the user that which kind of configuration the user is asking for or having. The CPU has to be configured with some of the basics hardware and then the external hardware is all on the users.
