A new Important Notice document has been posted on the downloads site; OMAP-L138 SOM-M1 End of Life Notification This Important Notice provides information about the discontinuance of SOM models using 8 MB NOR Flash density, and their replacement with SOM models using 16 MB NOR Flash.
