I tried to generate 4 PWM outputs waveforms but I can only see EPWM1A, EPWM0B and EPWM1B in the scope.

when I probe J28, J2,  and J13. for EPWM0A , the waveform appears very noisy and it looks like a clock 

I am sure I set the pinmuxing correct becasue I can see through the debugger that EPWM0A gets activated but no outputs showing in the scope.
