On that downloads page, you have the proper permissions to access all three versions of the GEL files that are available. Based on the title of your post here, it seems as though you may be attempting to access these files on the OMAP-L138 SOM-M1 (EVM) page, which contains the same downloads. Please try to access these files on the eXperimenter page. If you still have issues, please let me know.
