Device Held in Reset Error. 5901 4

First time programming a ARM/DSP chip. Got a OMAP-L138 EVM development Kit from a college and am trying get some of the basic stuff from the users Guide working.
I get the following when trying to connect to the OMAP-L138.
C674X_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1180 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.1.507.0)
Tried reflashing with the instructions found here:

We have received the the EVM kit for repair at my office from CISCO, We observed that OMAP L138 SOM not responding properly,
Please advice on the below scenario on OMAP L138 SOM behavior.
1. At power up , the OMAP L138 SOM is working and booted to Linux. After few hours we did power cycle using the Power Switch in the base board, the OMAP L138 -SOM is not

The touch screen on the OMAPL138 SOM is not working with the factory default Linux OS image, also I have tried with all the possible configuration related to calibration.

DVSDK not supported by TI 3345 5

My understanding is that TI no longer provides updates (corrections) nor support to the DVSDK which is part of the L138 EVM package. TI also posts not to use the DVSDK for new designs. Can we move into the MCSDK with the L138 EVM and do you have any supporting documentation for GETTING STARTED

Rebuild Linux Demo SD Card with GUI 2175 0

The Linux Demo SD card is build from TI's DVSDK package.

Follow the instructions to download and install the DVSDK for the OMAP-L138
Once this is installed
(make sure Ubuntu has the necessary prerequisite:)
sudo apt-get install uboot-mkimage
Let's build the SD card:
(go into the new directory)
cd ti-dvsdk_omapl138-e...

TRS3386E RS232 Transceiver used with Omap L138 EVM supports upto 250kbps 2436 2

Hi,
I am using omapl138 evm and I want to obtain 3mbps on serial.But I am not able to obtain it.As I see in TRS3386E RS232 Transceiver data sheet that it support upto 250kbps only. Is LogicPD aware of this what alternative may be for me to get 3mbp working.

I wish to create a binary image of my ARM application that will run in place of UBOOT from power-up.
I'm using the TI tool AISgen but I need to enter parameters specific to the SOMOMAPL138 such as the DDR registers.
