Is LPD still selling this part number. If so, is there an EOL date scheduled for it?

That is still an active part. Digikey has some in stock. http://www.digikey.com/pr...DM3730-32-1780AKIR-A

I'm going to put in an inquiry as to an expect lifetime, but I expect that to be around for about 8 years (2024), but I'll confirm it and get back to you. Sometimes, the memory goes through a die shrink, so we have to change the memory which yields a part number change, but we test it internally to confirm it's functionally equivalent.

Logic PD is committed to supporting the production of this DM3730 Torpedo + Wireless SOM through the available lifecycle of the components on this assembly. Texas Instruments is currently indicating that the DM3730 processor family will be active through at least the year 2025. Logic PD will continue to monitor all components on this SOM assembly to address any lifecycle issues, and qualify replacement components if necessary, to keep this product shipping for the lifespan of the Texas Instrument processor.
