A gel file for the TI 3730 EVM should work with little to no modifications. You can locate the TI 3730 EVM gel file in your "C:\ti\ccsv5\ccs_base\emulation\boards\am_dm37x_evm\gel" directory after installing CCSv5 in the default directory.
