I am aware that I have to use Windows Device Connection Manager on my Windows 8 PC as ActiveSync is no longer supported. I downloaded and installed that on my Windows 8 laptop and have been able to start that program. When it is started, it shows no device connected, even though I have my card engine running and ActiveSync is up on it (I verified that by connecting the card engine to my Windows XP machine). I then went into Device Manager and saw that the card engine was recognized as an unrecognized/other device. I forced Device Manger to start the wizard for updating a driver for the device. Then I pointed to the USB Sharp Sync driver that was programmed for Windows XP and of course it couldn't find it. So, my question - can Logic PD update this USB Sharp Sync driver to support Windows 8 and 8.1? If so, what would be the fee for this service? Thanks, Craig Whatley Bovie Medical Corporation
